South Korea's NOX co., the world's largest producer of new rock and plastic flooring for LVT, has been officially put into production at the plant in forstoria, Ohio. The plant is equipped with multiple calender and assembly line, and the PWE 250 planetary extruder from barton field, Cincinnati, is used for the production of sheet and decorative sheet material. According to the introduction, the planet extruder is used to make transparent or opaque PVC sheet material, and the yield range is 1,600-2,200 kg/h, and the thickness range is 120-300 mm. Transparent sheet material is used to resist scraping surface, opaque white sheet is mainly used for printing decoration, while other layers are attached to high calcium filling base for laminating and decorating. The unique vertical integrated production system (IVP system) of NOX company is committed to providing consistent quality standards and innovative products to customers.
